| 9 Step Easy Process |
- You can contact MTPG through our website or phone to discuss the medical services you are interested in along with your preferences and travel needs.
- A Case Manager will be appointed to your query and he will contact you after reviewing your enquiry form. Your Case Manager will be your point of contact in our Company to answer your all Queries related to procedures, travel Arrangements, information about hospitals and Medical Specialist.
- In next step, you will be asked to fill Medical History form and provide us your Medical Reports like X-Rays, MRI etc. All the information is kept confidential and accessed by Restricted persons. Based on your Medical history, quotes will be obtained by Medical Service providers. Seperate break up will be given for services like Transport, Accommodation for Companion etc.
- Before any final decision, if you wish to learn more about procedures/ surgeries or any other questions or concerns, Case Manager will be happy to get those queries answered directly by Surgeon( Please keep time difference in mind).
- Once satisfied, you will be given a admission date . You will be asked to make a Deposit of 59 GBP ( 100 USD Approx) which will be refunded at end to your Trip. This refundable deposit is charged due to sudden increase in Fake Queries and Fake Customers. Except that, you don't have to pay anything extra on your Treatment.
We can also assists you with your Flights, Visa and Accommodation Arrangements.
- On Arrival to your destination, you will be met by Destination Manager( or Service Representative), who will direct you to your Hotel/Hospital. Depending upon your schedule, you will be met by your Consultant for assessment ( and medical tests required before surgery). The consultant will explain you about surgery/ procedure and will address your all concerns and questions.
- After your surgery, you will be under recovery period. The Surgeons will visit you frequently, to ensure your speedy and Timely Healing.
- Before being discharged, the Surgeon will make sure that you are fit to Travel. You will be provided with Comprehensive notes and Reports about your Surgery .
You can also opt for Recuperation Holidays as per your convenience at A Spa or exotic Destinations. You can also experience therapies like Ayurveda, yoga etc. to Rejuvenate yourself.
- Depart back to your Country in healthy condition with sweet memories and considerabe savings.
