- Irrespective of your race, religion or Origin, customer has right to receive the best possible medical Care.
- Customer has right to be treated with respect by All of our Employees.
- Every question of customer need to be Listened to and should receive proper response with due respect to his cultural and educational background into account
- Customer has right of privacy. He expects that while sharing his personal information with Doctor, Nurses or Adminstrative persons, he expects that such information is kept confidential and is not given to any body without his permission.
- Customer has right to receive all the information necessary to understand Medical Situation
- Customer has right to say "No" to treatment and ask for Second opinion.
- Customer has right to seek information on the payment of hospital bills on daily basis .
- You have right to Complain about lack in care or services. Feedbacks are always welcome.
